This includes the renowned Kodak SONORA XTRA process-free printing plates, now galvanizing the print industry, plus other consumables and print sundries – thus helping customers stay ahead of competition with printing and newspaper production businesses.

FC Group understands the importance of customer support at every stage of sale, installation and service. We have highly-qualified and well-respected engineers who provide reliable installations and regular preventative maintenance services in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, Nigeria, Benin, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and others, ensuring customers' equipment are kept running to the optimum at all times through our company FCS West Africa Limited.

Despite logistical challenges within the region, FC Group have established a reputation for providing quick and efficient delivery of vital spare parts and much needed consumables such as CTP plates, chemistry, plate cleaners etc. As a result equipment downtime for our customers are kept to a minimum, with the need for excessive inventory held by our customers significantly reduced.

FC Group is headquartered just outside of London in the United Kingdom with subsidiary offices in Nigeria and Ghana where local staff provide sales and service support, product information, demonstrations, operator training and supply of consumables. In Kenya we have extensive local technical and sales support for East Africa.

We’ve been specialising in the distribution of new and refurbished Kodak Thermal and Digital CTP equipment, plates and consumables, Miraclon FLEXCEL NX solution and that of other industry leaders to East and West Africa for over 30 years.

We fully support some 40 Kodak CTP installs in Nigeria, making our total installs in West Africa 70 (include 30 in Ghana and Ivory Coast)

We've now been assigned the support of all Kodak CTP equipment (some 60) in East and Central Africa.
