We support our regional offices in Nigeria, Ghana and representation in Kenya through this Service company which is incorporated in our annual service contracts, taken out by clients after the initial warranty period, and supported by regular service items for all our machines which can be purchased from our local offices. This proactive approach minimizes break downs and customer downtime.
All our local engineers are fully trained and certified by Kodak thus ensuring very high standards. The engineers update their knowledge on a regular basis by attending training courses with Kodak in Europe. Our Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya teams are then supported by our Service Manager in the UK, together with our whole network of service personnel, who are extensively experienced in both hardware and software applications.
Both Kodak, Miraclon and FC Group's UK support personnel visit Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda on a regular basis to ensure that everyone is totally up to date on the latest innovations.
