We conduct all our business from our Ogba Office, where we support our existing and potential customers in the region.
The stocks that we keep in our warehouse are plates and chemistry for our customers with Kodak CTP machines and processors. Our warehouse is fully climate controlled to ensure all consumables are kept in perfect conditions.
We also keep stock of commonly used spare parts and maintenance parts required during scheduled maintenance and servicing of our customers' equipment.
Our support staff consists of admin and account management team who take care of stock inventory held in our Lagos office. They raise invoices for consumables sold locally and cost-effectively to our customers.
Our local technical support is handled by our fully trained and certified Kodak engineers, who perform installations, training, scheduled maintenance, and also provide after-sales support required by our customers in the region. Our local engineers are supported by our UK Sales, Customer Services & Support functions with any training updates required by our technical teams provided by Kodak and Miraclon. We also have technical specialists for all software and hardware products based in Kenya, who travels into the region regularly to assist with workloads and to give cover during local engineering staff holidays.
The sales manager for Nigeria is Jack Dean with more than 50 years’ experience in the print industry, working with small offset presses, darkroom equipment, typesetters, CTP devices both Thermal and Polyester, DI offset presses and a variety of finishing equipment. He's gained extensive experience working with distributors and customers in nearly 50 Countries during this period. Jack spends every month in Nigeria covering all aspects of FC Group activities. This is achieved by visiting new prospects and supporting existing customers’ needs in all areas from service, product information, sales enquiries and keeping the market up-to-date with new technology advancements.
